RGB’s Scope of Project
The team at RGB worked closely with main contractors to identify the best possible solution to this upgrade project. The migration and infrastructure set-up was performed without disturbing the existing workflow. The project duration was 75 days and it required 1200 manhours for completion. RGB has had an opportunity to work on different areas of the project. It contributed to
- Civil Infrastructure Set Up: This included setting up civil infrastructure such as the partition of room, fixing raised floor, air conditioning, making electrical connections and so on.
- Technology Infrastructure Set Up: This included migration of Radio Suite HD application server to new hardware and configuration of machines.
- Customer Support: RGB provided admin training to the Kuwait Radio staff and offered technical assistance.
Technology Investments of Kuwait Radio
